Kristin Yerecic Scott

Kristin Yerecic Scott is Executive Vice President of Customer Experience and Administration and Co-Owner of Yerecic Label. She leads the Sales Coordination, Quality, Accounting, Information Technology, and PrePress teams. Under her leadership, the team implemented new Cybersecurity processes and preventative measures, and is now focused on an ERP system overhaul. With a focus on collaboration, Kristin inspires teams to deliver their best work. As Co-Owner, she brings a strategic and solution focused perspective to every facet of the business.

She began her career at Yerecic Label in Sales & Marketing, first as Marketing Manager and then as Marketing Director. In 2019, she stepped into a leadership role as PreOrder Cross-Functional Team Lead, where she discovered her passion for streamlining systems and ensuring resources are used effectively. Since then, Kristin has focused on driving efficiency and creating exceptional experiences for customers and team members alike.

Kristin is also deeply involved in the industries Yerecic Label serves. She recently completed her tenure on the Southeast Produce Council (SEPC) Board of Directors in September 2025, where she was honored to serve as Chair. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Tag & Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) and is currently Chair Elect.

A graduate of Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, Kristin earned her degree in Strategic Communications with minors in Economics and Business. Outside of work, she and her husband stay busy raising their two young sons in Pittsburgh.
