Elizabeth Yerecic Freedman

Elizabeth Yerecic Freedman drives Yerecic Label’s commercial strategy as Executive Vice President of Sales & Sustainability. She leads the national sales team and oversees Purchasing, Estimating, R&D, and Bill of Materials, guiding strategy across customer partnerships and internal operations.

In this role, she has also strengthened the company’s new product development pipeline and advanced key service investments to support growth and long-term industry impact. With a passion for product design and circular solutions, Elizabeth launched the SustainLabel!® product suite, and continues to drive Design for Recycling research through Yerecic Label’s internal LabelLab! to accelerate innovation in sustainable packaging.

Active in industry leadership, Elizabeth is currently serving as Co-Chair of the Annual Meat Conference, is a member of the International Deli Dairy & Bakery Association Board of Directors, and participates in the Food Marketing Institute’s Fresh Food Leadership Council.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, three sons, and their dogs on the family’s farm. She loves cooking, baking, and tending to her garden.
